Every license includes: one new song · credit "Prod. Flavorful Croissants" · producer keeps 50% of the writer's share of publishing · producer keeps copyright in the beat · no reselling or sharing the beat or stems · no use in hateful or defamatory content · no refunds after download.
What you get
What each license means
MP3 Lease ($10). A low-cost way to record a song and test it. You can write and record over the beat and trim it to fit, and release your song within the limits above for two years.
WAV Lease ($25). Full creative freedom with a high-quality lossless file. Rearrange, remix, change the tempo or key, and release commercially for five years, with radio play and paid shows included.
Stems Lease ($50). Everything in the WAV Lease plus every individual track, so you or your engineer can mix the beat properly. Much higher limits (2M streams, 50K sales) and a 10-year term.
Exclusive Rights ($500). Unlimited commercial use forever, sync included, and the beat comes off the store. Anyone who leased the beat before your purchase keeps their license. Producer credit and the publishing split still apply, and the producer keeps the copyright – you get exclusive use, not ownership of the beat.
